Rongtai mica plates are made from mica paper which bonded with silicon resin binder to form rigid sheet under heat and pressure. The products have good insulativity and high temperature resistance, and can work long-term in 550-800℃. Rongtai series mica plates have approved by the "UL" in the USA, and have reached the requirements of EU Environmental protection instruction (ROHS). Rongtai mica plates have four series:
Rigid mica plate (R-5660 series): have little smoke, excellent flexural strength, high dielectric strength; thick rigid mica plates are stay in grade.
Flexible mica plate (R-5660-S series): The products have good pliability and high mechanical strength in normal condition. R-5660 series flexible mica plates are used for hair dryers, curlers, electric irons and other electric equipment, and are suitable for slot insulation and turn insulation of motors.
Glossy mica plate (R-G5660 series): compare with R-5660 series mica plate, this series have some obviously characters: the surface is more smoothing, more leveling, and more beautiful. Widely used for high-class household electric appliance by businesses both home and abroad.
Heating wire mica plate (R-E5660 series): is a new type of mica plate, which is first developed successfully by our company; aim at EU environmental protection instruction (ROHS), to help domestic businesses solve the problem on the environmental protection capability of traditional fever tube. |
